Ko wai tātou | Job Overview

We’re looking for a visionary Transformation Lead to drive impactful change and shape the future of Raukawa Charitable Trust. This role is primarily based in the Tokoroa Head Office with flexible working arrangements on offer. You’ll lead a variety of transformational projects that directly enhance cultural, social, and environmental outcomes for uri of Raukawa and our communities.
You’ll have the opportunity to build dynamic relationships with key stakeholders, design and implement innovative projects, and lead a passionate transformation team. Your expertise will identify growth opportunities, manage risks, and contribute to continuous improvement, ensuring we deliver projects on time and with exceptional results. Tohu me te wheako |Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or recognised Project Management certification.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience managing projects in Finance, Energy, Justice, Community, or Māori Development sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in managing budgets, forecasting, and allocating resources effectively within project constraints.
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and utilising strong analytical skills for informed decision-making.
