Office Administrator (Temp) - Hawkes Bay

Temping Opportunity:
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy individual to join our client’s admin team on a part-time basis (Thursdays and Fridays, 8 hours per day) for a four-month period. Whilst the role is based at the reception desk, it goes beyond typical reception duties and includes key responsibilities such as managing complex documents, handling email inboxes, coordinating calendars, and supporting event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception desk duties and providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
- Using software such as XERO and Anneture (document signing software).
- Managing the generic email inbox and assisting with event coordination.
- Handling complex documents and working efficiently under pressure.
- Supporting with office tasks, such as morning teas and coffee making.
- Strong computer/software skills, especially with XERO and Anneture.
- Quick thinker, able to work efficiently and stay calm under pressure.
- Presentable, professional, and able to multitask.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
