We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their professional team on a permanent, full-time basis, based in Rotorua. Reporting to the Directors, you'll be responsible for overseeing the business on a day-to-day basis, monitoring both performance and productivity, and ensuring the team is working safely and effectively. This critical role encompasses job planning, health and safety management, quality control, people leadership, inventory control, customer service, and administrative duties. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve business goals while maintaining VIP Plumbing's high standards.

- At least 2 years' Operations Management experience
- Experience working within a trade-related role or similar environment
- Demonstrated financial acumen and resource management skills
- Strong systems development and implementation capabilities

- Strong computer literacy relevant to business operations
