A Rotorua local, Kellie has spent the majority of her career working in the Bay of Plenty.
With 20 years business experience working with organisations locally and internationally, Kellie is passionate about the region and strongly promotes the career opportunities on offer, across a diverse range of sectors.
Kellie has worked within local government, communications and public relations, however for the past 14 years, her career has been focused around the provision of Recruitment and Human Resource consulting.
Kellie started Talent ID Recruitment in 2007, helping employers with their day to day needs around recruiting and employment relations. The following year, Talent ID won the Emerging Business of the Year at the Westpac Rotorua Business Excellence Awards. More recently however,Talent ID was awarded the 2016 Small Recruitment Agency of the Year at the Annual SEEK Recruitment Awards.
Talent ID is proudly supports our local community in a number of ways. For a number of years Kellie has been involved in the Rotorua and Tauranga Business Excellence Awards. Previously having also sponsored the ‘Best Professional Services Team’ at the Taupo Stella Awards for Excellent Customer Experience. Talent ID is a regular supporter of Kids Can and Homes of Hope in the Bay of Plenty.
Working across the Bay of Plenty region, Kellie specialises in the recruitment of Senior Executive roles across Not for Profit, Community and Iwi based organisations.
Holly has spent the past 20 years working within the Travel and Tourism industry and she brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. Holly has previously operated her own business as a Travel Broker. More recently she has spent the past few years teaching at New Zealand School of Tourism where she gained many transferable skills for her role here with Talent ID.
Holly specialises in the placement of both temporary staff and permanent placements in a variety of roles. You’ll find her super friendly and knowledgeable to deal with, along with being committed to placing candidates into roles that are that essential fit.

Bex is a Rotorua local with a wealth of experience and passion for working with people. She has held roles within Ministry of Social Development, as a Job Placement Specialist - as well as working within the local charitable organisation Swim-Able NZ, which facilitates people of all capabilities and backgrounds to become swim confident.
These diverse roles have enabled her to work alongside people and support them reach goals in many different and rewarding ways.

Geri is a true Hawke’s Bay native, with over two decades of experience in New Zealand’s Marketing Industry. Throughout her career, she has excelled in a variety of roles around NZ, including Marketing Manager and Agency leader, bringing a wealth of expertise to her current position at Talent ID.
Geri is thrilled to have returned to her hometown, where she now focuses on delivering tailored recruitment solutions and fostering the growth of the Hawke’s Bay branch.

Aleesha is joining our team on a part-time basis as she recently returns from maternity leave.
Prior to becoming a new-mum, Aleesha worked in a HR role for 7 years for a manufacturing business in Taupo and practiced many key facets of HR including - recruitment, payroll, performance management, engagement, retention and training and development. During this time, she found her passion for recruitment and onboarding and working with people to make a positive impact. Aleesha has also had previous experience in local government and holds a Bachelor of Management Studies degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing.
Aleesha is really looking forward to joining our team and supporting businesses across a vast range of industries. She prides herself on her organisational skills, planning, time management and relationship building. Her desire to work to a high standard, providing quality customer service, paired with her previous HR and recruitment experience will make her a valuable asset to our portfolio.
She is proud to call Taupo her home and is passionate about the lifestyle location the Central Plateau’s has to offer. Aleesha is going to be based in Taupo and will support both our new and existing clients with their recruitment needs and will continue to build our Talent ID presence in the Taupo and South Waikato regions.
Simone is a Recruitment and HR specialist based in the beautiful Mount Maunganui primarily covering the Tauranga and Waikato regions. Her career spans over 20 years both in NZ and overseas within the public, private and not-for-profit sectors performing HR generalist, internal and agency recruitment roles. She is fully qualified with a Bachelor's degree majoring in Human Resources Management and a Diploma in Career Services.
Alongside capability, Simone believes balance, well-being and lifestyle are also key for a happy and productive employee. This is at the forefront of her mind when building a successful unity between candidates and clients. She prides herself on bringing professionalism to a personalised service cantered around inclusiveness and diversity. This has led to her success including recently receiving the Higher Achiever award.
Simone is able to identify talent across the full spectrum of professional roles and particularly enjoys those difficult to fill roles. Equally, she is excited to work on HR projects that add value and make a real difference to workplace culture as well as supporting candidates in their career journey including outplacement services. Cocktails For A Cause 2024
We hosted Talent ID Cocktails For A Cause in June 2024 raising $3,010.52 for the Graeme Dingle Foundation Rotorua. Terrace Kitchen served expertly crafted cocktails and delicious food while guests enjoyed live music.
Rotorua Marathon
In May 2024, we completed the Rotorua Half Marathon and we couldn’t be more proud of ourselves. We raised $1,050 for Rotorua Community Hospice which we are so pleased about. Thank you to everyone who supported us in this adventure.
$250 per placement for Hawke's Bay Foundation Cyclone Relief Fund
For every permanent or executive placement out of our Hawke’s Bay branch between August-October 2023, we donated $250 to the Hawke’s Bay Foundation’s Cyclone Relief Fund.
